Want to get involved?
Oxford University Labour Club (OULC) is one of the largest and most active student Labour clubs in the UK. Since 1919 the club has held socials, hosted speakers, and campaigned to get Labour representatives elected in Oxford.
This year poses a distinct challenge for OULC: with restrictions on how we can socialise and campaign, we endeavour to bring the fight -and fun- to our membership online, with socials, speaker events and reading groups taking place over Zoom. We also plan to host several in-person mutual aid days in Oxford and are currently planning with the local party how we can support the community of Oxford should the national or local situation change.
We know that now is a crucial time to unite in support of our key workers and to continue to protect the most vulnerable people in our society. At OULC we hope to increase student political engagement and keep the flag flying -even if just from our bedrooms. If you have any questions at all, or want to know how you can get involved contact us at
In solidarity, your Co-Chairs,
Sophie Heath and Matthew Kayanja

Meet the team
The best place to keep in the loop with OULC is through our Facebook page – all speaker events, campaigning session, and notices of meetings are posted there. We also post all our events to Instagram if that is more your style! And like all good politicians, we are also active on Twitter, so follow us there to keep up to date with us.
